Hi,  we are having issues manually adding appointments on the backend of the website in EA.  It works through the standard bookings side, where customers make appointments through the website, but not when I try to manually add them through the dashboard.   Is this due to the licence limitations we have in place? Will upgrading enable this to work correctly? please confirm.
