Minimum Time before available Slot

We need advance notice before an appointment. Basically during the day we want to customer to only be able to select the next slot with a minimum of 1 hour away. 1 hour gives us time to prepare for the customer. Is this possible? I know that min_Date is supported but couldn't figure out the minimum Time. Thanks!

Have you tried:

In Backend of plugin (WordPress dashboard) Easy Appointment – Settings – Date & Time – under Block Time – enter 60.

That will mean the minimum number of minutes there can be before the customer makes a booking.

Example: if the patient wants to make an appointment at 4pm the next available slot they will be able to choose is 5pm.
