Hi If i need twilio for sms service, do I have to buy full version, or demo version support that?

Hi Mehran, you need both. Free version and Extension. :) Extension just puts additional functions to it. For example if you don't need Twilio then just EasyAppointments would do the job. ;) Best regards, Nikola
