Is there a way/hook to prevent emails being send when an appointment is made by a logged in user?

Hi, there is no such hook atm. There is one for getting the list ea_admin_mail_address_list of email addresses and having that list empty will block the email sending. But that would be a hack. We can add filter should not be a problem. Best regards, Nikola

It might be a hack, but it works. ea_customer_mail_template seems to work fork for status change mails
