I just installed Easy Appointment, did all the pre-requisites (Location, Service, Worker, Connection, working) and I inserted the [ea_bootstrap width="800px" scroll_off="true" layout_cols="2"] on my page but the plugin does not load, it only displays "[ea_bootstrap width="800px" scroll_off="true" layout_cols="2"]" as if it was regular text., you can test at : http://elisenaturomassie.sbsica.com/online-booking/
