Unable to remove custom field

I've followed the instructions from a similar post.  Whenever i try to remove the custom field I receive the error message "Error on delete!".  I've tried compatibility mode on and off refreshing the page each time.  I've tried to remove visibility from the field but it still appears.  Please help!

I was finally able to remove visibility to hide the fields, but I can’t delete them. Please let me know if you need more info.

I have the same issue! There where double fields and i am not able to delete them...
