My test email is receiving that the mail notifications from EA are as follows
Be careful with this message Gmail could not verify that it actually came from appointments.asianland@gmail.com. Avoid clicking links, downloading attachments, or replying with personal information. Report spamReport phishingHow can I achieve that this will not be displayed to my client's email

Hi Francis, please change value "Send from" to be something like
no-reply@your-domain.com instead of using real gmail address. If you want to use GMail address then you will need some kind of SMTP plugin there.
