3 appointment slots showing

I have a problem - because the system says that I have 3 slots available for each connection - they are set to 1 only - we are getting multiple patients requesting the same time and the system thinks it has more slots - the connections slots are only 1 - HELP
I can email the screenshot !

Hi Jonathan, sorry for waiting. Can you please send me that screenshot (nikolanbg[at]gmail[dot]com) . Looks like connection settings issue. Also can you please check if option called
Multiple work is marked inside EA Settings > Customize page?
