Hi Dimitris, you have template now for Description and for Title inside Google Calendar event. Tag for name of client depends on you custom form field settings. All custom fields should be available similar for email template. Maybe those are not listed but should be there. Can you please check inside mail templates to find a tag name. Best regards, Nikola

I cannot work it out unfortunately. Only the tags that are included in the calendar settings seem to work and there is no client name there. Please give me more detailed instructions on how to do it. Also I am not able to delete some custom fields in the reservation form that I have duplicate so I made them invisible. I have version php 5.4.2

Hi Dimitris, it's simple open EA Settings > Customize page and i mail section you have list of tags. Try finding client name tag there in the list. If it is there copy/paste it to event-title field :) Best regards, Nikola

Τhese are the only available tags in mail section: Available tags: #id#, #date#, #start#, #end#, #status#, #created#, #price#, #ip#, #link_confirm#, #link_cancel#, #url_confirm#, #url_cancel#, #service_name#, #service_duration#, #service_price#, #worker_name#, #worker_email#, #worker_phone#, #location_name#, #location_address#, #location_location#, #email#, #custom_field_2#, #custom_field_3#, #custom_field_4#, ##, #e-mail#   no client name option Above tags are working fine but are not including the person's name who made the reservation according to my custom fields in greek(the one saying name-surname in translation)

ok  I worked it out. Tag  that was working for the name was one of : #custom_field_2#, #custom_field_3#, #custom_field_4#. Thank you

Thanks for update. Those names are like that because it can't convert label to ascii so those are labeld as custom_field_#. Best regards, Nikola
