Hi I have setup the cron job as per document https://prnt.sc/t9l1pm but it's not working , i have tested my server is working for cron job .

Can you please try calling 127.0.0.1 instead of url. Looks like there is a filter that is allowing only localhost calls. Best regards, Nikola
