Hi, do you have a video tutorial how i can configure SMS to my customers modality reminder?. i tried but don’t send it. I have extension-PRO now.

do i need put +52 previous to cel number in the form?

Hi, you need to have full number. Either customer will enter full number with prefix or you will set predefine prefix for all numbers in Extension Twilio settings. :) Best regards, Nikola
