Dear Nicola, I have asked first 3 years ago. Is it possible to send reminder emails e.g. 24 hours before the appointment? If not, when will this feature be available? My customers usually do not type their phone numbers in a correct form (e.g. missing area codes); therefore, reminder SMS service is not an optimal solution for me. Regards, Norbert
