The SMS reminders onyl works if the filds "unconfirmed", "confirmed" are not empty. If I write onyl the text in reminder and let the fields "unconfirmed" and "confirmed" empty, in that case I dont get any SMS. Whats the solution?

Hi, empty SMS status template will be ignored. You need to put some content there in order to send SMS. So for example for canceled appointments add some content to template. Best regards, Nikola
