Hi, I love your plugin but I am currently experiencing an issue.. please help.
The situation is:
When I booked a certain time and date, e.g November 25, 2020 @ 8AM and confirmed it in the admin panel, it's still available in the calendar when i am trying to book another test. How can i make the confirmed slots disabled? What to do? thank you! and I hope you will notice my concern. Have a great day!

Hi, please check how many slots there are for that time? You can do that by going to EA Reports > Time overview report. Best regards, Nikola

Hi @Nikola, I am referring to the front end view. once i Confirmed the slot, it still available in front end view. how to disable the slot so that no one can book it once someone already booked and confirmed it? thanks

Hi, in your case looks like you have more than one slot per time. That is reason why you can still book that time slot. Best regards, Nikola
