Hi, 1. duration is how long service last. For example haircut takes 30 minutes. 2. Slot step is best to looks at example. You have haircut service with duration of 30 minutes. You set slot step to be 30 minutes then available slots will look like this 08:00 - 08:30, 08:30 - 09:00, 09:00 - 09:30, etc if you set slot step to be 15 minutes then slots will look like this: 08:00 - 08:30, 08:15 - 08:45, 08:30 - 09:00, 08:45 - 09:15 etc. 3. block after and block before allow you to have time out before you provide service or after. In your case if you need to clean salon after haircut then you can put block after 5 minutes :) Best regards, Nikola
