SupportToken needs to be renewed every 7 days

Hi Nikola, like other users, I found that the token needs to be renewed after 7 days for the sync with Google to continue working. I have not changed the password. Apparently Google has changed the authorization process. I found the following information at  https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2:  "A Google Cloud Platform project with an OAuth consent screen configured for an external user type and a publishing status of "Testing" is issued a refresh token expiring in 7 days. There is currently a limit of 50 refresh tokens per Google Account per OAuth 2.0 client ID. If the limit is reached, creating a new refresh token automatically invalidates the oldest refresh token without warning. This limit does not apply to service accounts."   So if you are a test user, you have to renew the token every 7 days and you can do this maximum 50 times. Is this correct? Do you have any solution for this?   Best regards, Christian

I have the same problem.

After 7 days, the synchronization to the Google Calendar fails. The remedy for this is to remove the token and authorize it again (in https:///wp-admin/admin.php?page=easy_app_connect).
So there is actually no problem of the 50 tokens, you don’t have to create new tokens. You have to renew the existing one in WP-admin.

However the impact here is huge since I now have to go to the admin page every week and reauthorize the token. At this point my weekly Monday-morning remainder is set…

Hi, thanks for your message. As you described, it makes sense to set a reminder every 7 days to renew the token. From my point of view this is not a professional solution. This will affect all buyers of the EA extension (and obviously other plugins/apps that sync with Google). I had contacted the developer of EA directly, but he has not responded so far.
