service time slots

Hi, if I have a service of 20 minutes and a service of 90 minutes. If a booking is made at 10:00 for the 20-minute service the next available slot for the 90-minute service is 11:30! How can I resolve this so that the next available time is 10:20?

Hi Ian, depends on the settings. You should set slot step for service of 90 minutes to be 10 minutes. Then it will have option to book service at 10:20. Please try that and let me know if that solved the issue.
