[ea_bootstrap width="800px" scroll_off="true" layout_cols="2"] verion of the plugin.

I have tried activating the recaptcha v3 version but even with the site key and secret key introduced in the boxes I can't see the recaptcha on the appointment page.
After I finish completing the formular and click the send button, the send button is blocked and nothing happens.
