I have purchased plugin and added a extra fields in form but now PayPal button is not showing up on the web site, website url : https://nutrinetfitness.com/buy-program/

Hi Nikola
I have also deleted and reinstalled plugin, cleared cache, tried in different browsers but whenever I mark Use PayPal checkbox, default button gets hide and no PayPal and (other payments buttons) appears then,

Kindly do guide me how can I solve this issue..
