Hello, I am experiencing an issue with emails sent from Easy Appointments. The settings seem to be ok on email body using the #id# tags but emails sent are not replacing the #tag# with the actual information entered by user.  Email still display: Dear #worker_name#, etc. (view image attached) Where can I correct this since both admin and worker are not receiving the information.
