Apologies if this exact scenario has been solved, I looked but didn't find the answer.     I have the extension plug in with Paypal, and the Paypal buttons aren't showing.  Getting this console error, -> https://b.sbox.stats.paypal.com/v2/counter.cgi?p=uid_c88eb6da1f_mtu6mte6ndy&s=SMART_PAYMENT_BUTTONS net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT  

Happens in all browsers with cleared cache and ad blockers turned off.  I've double checked all my PP configuration and everything is correct that I can tell.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you.
