Hello Again Nikola
AsI said previously,t he admin is getting the mail but the customer (the user) is not
you asked me to: "Hi Simon, can you please mark that employee (worker) receive same email as customer and try again? Can you also please share the link to that page with form?" I made all that you asked, and still, the user can't receive neither the pending neither the confirmation mails

Please I need to fix it ASAP

Hi Simon I was asking that because there is option that worker receive customers email as well. I will fill out form once just for testing purpose. Best regards, Nikola

i gave you confirmation, it is working fine on my side, it is added to my calendar but I’m sure you will not receive a confirmation message

One more question what is the value inside field Send from inside EA Settings. That should be something like no-reply@hastingsbeautysalon.com Best regards, Nikola

should i remove the hasting and write directly the gmail ?

Hi Lara, you can not have there gmail address unless you are using some kind of SMTP plugin. Please try with this email value no-reply@hastingsbeautysalon.com

Well unfortunately i don’t have a mail with hastingsalon, how can i make it with the Gmail ?
can you tell me wich SMTP work with gmail ?
