Hi Chris, Thanks for your reply. Is it possible to delete the ‘service’ from Easy Appointments. Of course, it’s not so practical, but I cannot save the service. I’ve tried 45 minutes with time step of 15 minutes and 60 minutes. Thanks. Keith
