Is this extension available for multiple sites ?
Should we pay this extension more than once or is it a lifetime license ?

Hi, there is a limit of 3 sites atm. Regarding lifetime licence you can use it after that period but without updates. There is no time limit, it all depends if some things there for example if Google introduce some breaking changes then it will not work until you do the update. Best regards, Nikola
