Does cancelled booking and rebooking result in a PayPal/Stripe refund? Can the rescheduling be accomplished without involving money. Transaction fees for the first booking are not returned to the merchant. Rescheduling without involving a refund would save the merchant the cost of the transaction fees on the rebooking.
