Over 2 weeks ago I purchased the paid version of Easy Appointments. 
Unfortunately, the program does not work properly. It is difficult to identify any algorithm of the problem. 
Each time the system makes a wrong booking. 
Sometimes it blocks too many slots, sometimes too few. Other times, it doesn't block the reserved slots at all. 
I have several services. 
These are services of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes. 
One employee can only perform one service at a time. 
Unfortunately, the program does not take this into account, despite the correct settings.
Before that, I used the free version for 2 years and I know the program fairly well. I checked everything in the settings that I could check, the problem still exists. 
Please help.
