Appointments auto cancelling
Hi Nicola,
We have noticed a strange behavior in the past few weeks where a valid appointment is created, goes to pending and then gets cancelled automatically, do you know what could be causing this. It doesn’t happen to all appointments, and nothing has changed since we installed the new version to extend the appointments through 2023 – Version 3.11.4.
I can supply an example appointments export to show the auto cancelled appointments.
Any help appreciated as I can’t see anything that could be causing this to happen, and we keep getting appointments auto cancelled which is causing user telephone support.

I'm having the same issue. 2 appointments were recently auto cancelled and we cant find why.
Also I can't find in the settings if there is a time-out for the admin to acknowledge and confirm the appointment.
By default it is set to Pending, and waits for a company employee to confirm, but it should never auto-cancel if he delays doing so.
Can you please point me to the documentation where this is configured? or explain the procedure?

Auto cancel is for reservation status only. Those are ones that are released if status is not changed.
