Hi Nicola, We have noticed a strange behavior in the past few weeks where a valid appointment is created, goes to pending and then gets cancelled automatically, do you know what could be causing this. It doesn’t happen to all appointments, and nothing has changed since we installed the new version to extend the appointments through 2023 – Version 3.11.4. I can supply an example appointments export to show the auto cancelled appointments. Any help appreciated as I can’t see anything that could be causing this to happen, and we keep getting appointments auto cancelled which is causing user telephone support. TIA Phil
