SupportAdding Default country code to mobile number (for SMS)

Hi, Is there any AUTOMATIC way of adding +91 (i.e. country code for india) BEFORE every mobile number , so that the SMS is sent out correctly? At the moment we are relying on the user to enter mobile in international format, but we want the user to simply enter mobile number (eg 9822223522) and the plugin to send SMS on (+919822223522)

Nikola Loncar Staff replied 7 years ago

I can open improve that part so you can set prefix for number if it is not there?

Best regards,
Nikola

Yes each app buyer should be able to enter his country international prefix permantly in the phone field so that the customer who makes the appointment will not have to choose country code but put only his mobile number

something like this: Phone: +30|mobile number
Twilio needs the international prefix

Hi, you should see that with Twilio support. That is a part of theirs API and maybe they can provide a solution. Best regards, Nikola
