Issue with Booking Multiple Appointments per Day
I've recently set up a connection for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with ten 15-minute timeslots from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. In settings, I have selected:
- Busy slots are calculated by same: Worker, Location, Service
- Max number of appointments: 12
- Default status: Confirmed However, I'm encountering an issue where, after booking a single timeslot, the entire day turns pink, and all the remaining timeslots for that day become disabled. This is a bit puzzling as I was hoping to allow multiple appointments within the same day. Could someone guide me on how I can configure the system to enable booking multiple timeslots on the same day? Is there a specific setting or step I might be missing?
