eMail notifications not sending

I do not receive an email when a client requests an appointment--in the "Tool" tab, the "Send a test email" does not work, but the "Send a test email (native)" does. Also, the client does not receive an email when the appointment is confirmed.

Hi Rebecca,
native is just plane PHP call for mail function. Problem is that EA is using WP mail. Can you get any email from your WordPress site? For example when you try to reset login password etc.
