Customer not receiving email or SMS notifications
Hello,
Customers booking appointments are no longer receiving email or SMS notifications. We receive the confirmation emails on our end. I checked that WP is sending emails using the Check and Log Email plugin and it worked fine. Emails sent through the "Test email" under the Tools tab are also not delivered. Thank you!

Okay, turns out this was an issue with DKIM configuration through the hosting platform. So, if anyone is having similar issues, make sure your Twilio number is A2P registered (for US users) and make sure your email DKIM configuration is sorted through your hosting platform.

For the SMS notifications, I think it is an issue with this being a US number and Twilio requiring A2P registration.
