Sometimes the "Appointments" option fail to find an appointment. However if you look at the report the appointment is there.

Are you guys reviewing that. 2. Which sms plugin do you remoend? AM

1. Have you tried to change date frame for search? 2. Extension plugin use Twilio gateway for sending the SMS notification. So you should have account there. Best regards, Nikola
