How can I change the heading for the contact information from \"Personal Information\" to \"Contact Information\"? I fear that some visitors are hesitant to fill out the form when the heading says \"Personal Information\"

Hi, you can doing that by creating custom translation file. In your example you will have to change it inside
en translation file. But keep copy of that translation because it will be overwritten during update.
