SMS feature

I'm interested in the sms feature, but I'm not familiar with the Twilio. Is Twilio another service that I must purchase to get the SMS feature to work?

Hi Austin, Twilio is a Gateway to phone services, so there you need to buy credit for sending SMS etc. EasyAppointments Extensio use Twilio as provider for SMS. Best regards, Nikola
