Tried to fix myself but I just can\'t, customer texted me saying that she could not get the time slot she wanted then I realized I had cancelled a different appointment ( same time slot) hours before. Please help.

Hi Alex,
that should not be the case. Cancelled appointments should not count when checking free slots. Maybe you have double booking on that time?
