Hi, you can do that by having predefine employee selected like in this example: https://easy-appointments.com/predefined-selections-responsive/ but data are going on backend on same page. Only in case you have also a extension plugin then each person can have Google Calendar that is connected with his EA data. But managing 100 people will be full time job. Best regards, Nikola
