Appointments accepted but no emails are received

SupportAppointments accepted but no emails are received

Hi, I am new to this. The appointments are being accepted but no emails are being sent to the email of the user not the admin. How do I fix this?

Hi Tracey, there can be several things first that email function is not set on your hosting. Then you must mark those options for sending emails in EA Settings > Customize page. Is there any error log inside EA Settings > Tools page?
