1) a Bug when Confirming or Cancelling Appointment 2) Long URL to cancel
Dear Nicola,
Thank you for your persistent support in making "Easy Appointments" great!
We have the following issues:
1) a Bug when Confirming or Cancelling Appointment
When we did the text for the pending notifications we had no problem in using the tags such as "#service_name#" #date#, from #start# to #end#, It flawlessly informs the customers in their emails about the service, the date, when it starts and when it ends.
However, when we switch to CONFIRM the appointment or to CANCEL the appointment SOMETIMES, NOT ALWAYS, 30% of the cases, which is a big number, it changes the values for #start# to #end# in the cancellation and confirmation notifications with some RANDOM numbers.
For instance, if the appointment was reserved for the ‘Service X” for 28 September 2018 from 8:00AM to 9:00 AM, when we confirm the appointment, the costumer receives an email stating that the appointment for the ‘Service X” for 28 September 2018 from 0:00AM to 5:55 AM was successfully confirmed.
Costumers get confused and send us e-mails to show this mistake.
To temporary deal with this problem from the confirmation form we have removed #start# to #end#. However, we cannot remove #link_cancel# because this is an essential function which is also related to our second issue.
2) Long URL to cancel
In the pending form we put #link_cancel#. It looks good in the form. However customers receive it in long url form.
Your advice on how to promptly solve the above issues will be highly appreciated.

Hi, regarding first part can you please tell me what is the format for date/time inside WP Settings > General page.
Second issue with long link would be solved in next version. Allowing you to create link as you want (text part).
Best regards,
Nikola
Hi Nikola,
Thank you for your prompt response. The format for date/time inside WP Settings> General is:
Time zone: Sofia (Bulgaria)
Format date: 21.09.2018 (d.m.Y)
Format hour: 7:30 (G:i)
Weeks starts from: Monday
The Easy Appointments settings are:
Format time: 00-24
Calendar localization: bg
Block time: 0
Looking forward for your kind advice.
Best wishes,
Val
Hi again Nicola,
The following is what I see as sample tags that could be used in the text for the notifications.
"You can use this tags inside email content : #id#, #date#, #start#, #end#, #status#, #created#, #price#, #ip#, #link_confirm#, #link_cancel#, #service_name#, #service_duration#, #service_price#, #worker_name#, #worker_email#, #worker_phone#, #location_name#, #location_address#, #location_location#, #email#, #name#, #phone#, #%d0%b8%d0%bc%d0%b0-%d0%bb%d0%b8-%d0%bd%d0%b5%d1%89%d0%be-%d0%b4%d0%be%d0%bf%d1%8a%d0%bb%d0%bd%d0%b8%d1%82%d0%b5%d0%bb%d0%bd%d0%be-%d0%ba%d0%be%d0%b5%d1%82%d0%be-%d1%82%d1%80%d1%8f%d0%b1%d0%b2%d0%b0#"
We use Loco Translate to make some translation? Could this be the reason for the problem? Is this the reason why the last tag cannot be read? Could you tell me what the last tag was supposed to be to take the translation out of that tag?
Thank you
Yes looks like some words are translated via WordPress. You should not match those with same words it will translate it.
Best regards,
Nikola
