Hi Nikola, Is it possible to send only a SMS reminder 24hrs-5min prior to the appointment and not also upon confirmation of the appointment.
I send an confirmation via email when I confirm, so this SMS is not necessary.

You can now select only one reminder for SMS and confirmed SMS will be sent right away when appointments is confirmed. There is no fine settings for such thing atm. Best regards, Nikola
