  1. Can someone please show me (with an image) what the confirmation email looks like with the iCal and SMS options included? My client wants to see the look of this before purchasing. 
  2. Can we add the iCal and SMS options into the Success message that appears on the actual booking Appointments page?

Hi, Regarding conformation mail and content it all depends on how people create that template. There is a editor where you can put any content that you want from Appointments data. iCal file in email is fixed content and it is sent with conformation or cancelation of Appointment.
