When i use the paypal 'Payment is required' my 'Free consultations' are not able to be scheduled. I receive the following error 'Slot Is Taken'.
Can you please assist as some service are paid for, some not; which means i need to have this boxed checked otherwise paid services are 'optional' and can be submitted without payment

Hi Carol, you can split that to two pages. One for free services and one with Payment. It's simple turn off paypal payment and then in short code on Payment case page put this:

[[ea_bootstrap use_paypal="1"]]
