Hi, After I am selecting the correct drop down item and a available time slot from the calendar, the form gets enable. As soon as the form gets enabled, it populates the previous users entry which is not supposed to be like that. How do I get a clear from when it gets enable? Please advise. Thank you.

Hi, I figured it out. This is parameter I have to pass with the form's shortcode : save_form_content="0" Thank you.
