I recently setup PayPal for creating an appointment and it does not work on Prod or Staging on my site. I have set this up according to the documentation. The PayPal and CC buttons are there but the customers can create the appointment anyway.

Hi Jasmine, can you please share the link to that page? Have you turn off option called auto reservation inside EA Settings > Customize page? Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola,

The link is: https://leonardswash.com/schedule-a-pickup/. I have this turned off because it was confusing customers. I will turn it back on this weekend just in case you have to time to take a look.

I do not use the auto reservation. It is never been on.

Also, now the calendar allows different customers to book the same timeslot.

I forgot to tell you that I want to charge $20 for the booking. However, I have to enter $2 in the settings page.

I was wrong. Customers are not allowed to book the same timeslot. Please disregard that.

Hi, looks like value is missing there. This is the message “Error: No value passed to payment”. I will have to investigate more on that.

Hi can you please check price for service: _LaundryPickupService. Looks like there is 0.00, but on overview is $20.00 I am not sure why is that. Best regards, Nikola

I have found out :). You have set the price 0.00 and currency to $2 and when it is combined you get $20.00 but price can't be 0.00. That is why PayPal is not working :D Best regards, Nikola

Where do I set the price? There is no setting for that.

Ah! Sorry! I must go to the Connections and add the price per service. Thank you!
