Blank appointments being generated

I have everything installed and it seems to be working but I have one major problem blank appointments are being generated. I have #3860 appointments now recorded most of which have not customer associated with them the appear to simply be blank and it appears that new ones keep getting generated somehow. Is there a fix for this?

Hi Mike,
sorry for waiting. Can you please remove that appointment and create a new one instead of that which is duplicating. Also make sure that you have latest version of Extension plugin.
