Hi Nikola, maybe I am missing something: My setup includes
- three locations (A, B, C)
- one service
- three workers (1, 2, 3)

Each worker is bound to one of the locations due worker email notification is mandatory (A + 1, B + 2, C + 3). Unfortunately the Workers are shown in the customer form, while there is only one worker to select for each location. Is it possible to force the worker and/or hide the worker selection in the customer form? I tried underscore names, but each worker is still shown.

Hi Florian, it is showing selection because form don't know which location are you going to select. If you want I cam make autoselect if there is only one option and you can always hide it. :) There is also this solution. Don't use location instead put name of worker as location since it is 1-1 mapping :) In that case there will be only one select field. Best regards, Nikola

Hi Nikola,
thanks for the hint using one location. I am afraid to use it, because there are several entries in the EA database for Locations A,BC and I do not know how deleting the locations would effect the existing appointments.
I am afraid to ask you to update the plugin with autoselect if there is only one option.

Hi Florian, you can just alter connections without removing those locations. Leave those as is and just put everything to one location.

Hi Nikola, did you find the time to add the auto select option by now? I am facing similar issues:(
