Drop down menus not showing options/Time slots not showing

Hi Nikola,
Thank you very much for responding to my question and for making this beautiful plug-in! Here is a link to my appointments page. With CSS, the menus collide and the calendar and form is greyed out. With the CSS removed, the menu does not show all of the connection options. When a date is clicked, the time slots do not show. It just says "Please select another day." I'm hoping to resolve this because yours is truly the most simple and elegant appointment plug-in out there. Hi Heather,
for some reason select fields are changed with Chosen jQuery plugin. There must be some skript in there that is doing it. Because of that there are no changes on calendar when you select the Worker. I will need to investigate little bit more and after that I will let you know what to do.
