Hi, on that www.leerunique.nl/afspraak-maken site you have some JS code that is turning simple select fields into those fancy ones and that is breaking the form. You need to turn it off. That also can be due to theme.

Hi, thanks for the link. First thing is that you have some kind of script that is altering select fields (fancy-select). It is altering html and making problems with selection. Can you please turn it off and try again?

Hi Petrit, reason for that is simple. You have something called fancy-select working on your site and it is altering select fields so EA form can’t find selected values that are hidden in your case. Solution is to turn it off for that page 🙂

Hi Areab, looks like you have script that is altering select fields on your site. Can you please turn that off? As I see on site it is called fancy-select. Way to turn it of is to go you your theme folder: find init.js file and instead of this:
fancySelectStyling();
put this:
// fancySelectStyling();
after that do the hard refresh page to load new assets.

Answer for PayPal box not popping up since version 1.2.40
I can not risk changing unless we are both working on it during the same time period and as I am in Thailand you will need to advise me when you are available. I am wondering if it has to do with PayPal requiring new REST permissions. I created a new one and changed the keys and the same issue occur (PayPal popup closing down without connecting) so I updated the plugin but still got the same thing happening (Box closing)
So again I switched back to old plugin and old Rest settings but the box goes away
