I pointed out that if I delete an appointment directly from the EA web table, it is not removed from GCal. While if before deleting it I select it from Confirmed to Deleted it is correctly deleted from GCal.

Hi Renato, you are right. In that case appointments are not removed from GCal. You need to do it via web interface (to cancel those). If you remove those from database directly it will stay on GCal. Have you tried to change status instead of remove it completely from DB? Best regards, Nikola

Yes, now I do this!
It sent me a little confused. After several tests I tried to change the status of the appointment and I noticed that it was correctly removed from GCal.
