See my other question about 2 way synchronisation/ It is not working... When i blocked something in Google calendar, it seems not blocked when someone wants to book me.... Fethching seems ok (in the log files) but it is somewhere not working.  Can i get money back if i get no answer? Because then it is unusefull.

Hi, sorry for waiting. Reason for that is EasyAppointments don't know where to put those fetched appointments from Google Calendar. Can you please check that you have selected default location and service inside Extension Google settings also fill out advance sync options with mappings (at least you need to have selected worker instead of any).   Best regards, Nikola

it is frustrating if things are not working So it seams that things are now fetched but blocks are still open. You can book on moments that are blocked in google calendar. [2020-03-26 10:38:17.191864] [info] Syncing events for Calendar: primary

Default service is empty --  Advanceded:  selected is primary google calendar + location + worker   i tried other options etc. nothing works, ...loosing time

If they are synced with EA then you will have to check how many slots there. Best way to check that is to go to Reports page and time overview there select service / location / worker and check free / taken slots.   Best regards, Nikola

Ok solved! too much slots on connection. If you want some support or suggestions call me.  Is it possible to export settings f.e. to another user or organisation.

Sorry not completely solved. When i update, it shows correct if i select support for 15 min (on today you will see i'm always blocked from 18u-19u, but if i select support 1 hour... it shows me free?

Can you please check if option called multiple work it turned on in EA Settings > Customize page? If it is turned on please turn off and try again.
