Hi.  Given that our Christmas church services are curtailed this year, we are trying to organise an event for the children – it’s similar to a treasure hunt.  The event will take place on a single day between 14:00 hrs and 16:00hrs. However, to meet current restrictions, we need to stagger the start times for each child by 5 minutes. We therefore need to set up an event whereby people can book one of 24 start time slots, and we need to be able to capture the names and telephone numbers of up to six people
